How Can I Renew?

You may renew your materials online by going to http://pascolibraries.org and signing in with your library card number and last name under "My Account" as described in the box to the right.

All items, except those borrowed through the AlleyCat system, may be renewed one time, unless another patron has requested the item or your fine threshhold has reached $5.00 or more. Overdue fees are $.25 per item per day.

If you experience any difficulties renewing your items online, please call any of the libraries so a library staff member may assist you.

You may also renew your materials by calling or visiting any of the county branches with your library card. Library hours and maps are available by clicking here:

Your Account

Using the Internet browser of your choice, go to the Pasco County Library System's web page, located at:

http://pascolibraries.org

To access your account details, click on "MY ACCOUNT," near the top left of your screen:

Enter your library card number and last name and click "Enter." The last name field is not case sensitive. If you want to place holds after you look at your account, you must check the box next to "Remember me for this session." If you are on a private computer, you may consider checking, "Save my Card Number on this computer:"

Once you have logged in, your account information will display. You may click on any item in blue for more information. To see when your items are due or to renew them online, click on "Checked Out:"

The items you have checked out will display, including when they are due. You may print your charge summary by clicking "Print" at the lower left of the screen.

To renew, click on the boxes to the left of the item and click on "Renew checked." Or, you can simply click "Renew All" near the bottom left of your screen:

A confirmation screen will appear, with the titles of the items that renewed successfully and their new due dates. Click on "Return to Patron Information Summary" to return to the main menu or "Hold Summary" to see a list of your requests:

Your request list will show the items you are waiting for, their status, what branch they will be sent to and what number you are in line for the item:

When you are finished looking at your account, you may search for materials by clicking on "New Search" at the top center of the screen or completely exit the program by clicking on "Exit" at the top left of the screen.
